Our bakery is 225,000 square feet, with 50,000 square feet of frozen storage. Soon, we will have an additional 120,000 square feet of space to accommodate additional production lines and expand our capabilities, to meet new customer needs and industry opportunities across the bakery landscape.
We pride ourselves on operating a zero-waste-to-landfill facility—built with 25% recycled materials and locally sourced structural resources. We use motion- and timer-based LED lighting throughout the bakery.
